A digital download is a high-resolution file of your pet’s custom artwork that you can save, print, or use online. Unlike physical products, a digital download is sent electronically or can be downloaded from your dashboard, allowing you to access/ download your pet’s portrait instantly once it's been approved.

We offer two types of digital downloads, and here’s how they work:

1. Digital Download (Add-On to Your Order)

If you’d like a high-resolution digital copy of your pet’s artwork along with your physical product, you can add it to your order as an optional add-on.

• This digital artwork is the same design used to create your custom product.
• It is not automatically included with your purchase—you’ll need to select it as an add-on if you’d like to receive a copy.
• Once your artwork is complete, you’ll receive a high-quality digital file to download and use however you’d like.

2. Digital Download (Digital-Only Purchase)

If you just want the digital artwork without ordering a physical product, you can purchase it separately as a standalone digital file.

• This option is great if you plan to print the artwork yourself or use it digitally.
• You’ll receive a high-resolution file, but no physical product will be shipped.
