The tracking says my package was already delivered, but I haven't received it.Updated 5 months ago
We understand how concerning it can be when a package is marked as delivered but hasn’t been received. Packages being marked as "Delivered" but not received can happen for several reasons:
Early Scanning by the Carrier – Sometimes, carriers scan a package as "Delivered" before it actually arrives. This can happen if the package is still on the truck and will be delivered later that day or the next business day.
Secure or Alternate Delivery Locations – Couriers may leave packages in a safe location (porch, back door, apartment mailroom, parcel locker, etc.) rather than handing them directly to the recipient.
Delivered to a Neighbor or Household Member – If the recipient wasn’t available, the package may have been accepted by someone else at the residence or a nearby neighbor.
Local Post Office Holding the Package – In some cases, if a package couldn’t be delivered (e.g., no secure location available), it may be held at the local post office for pickup.
Delivery Mistake or Misroute – Occasionally, carriers accidentally deliver a package to the wrong address or scan it incorrectly.
Stolen or Lost Packages – Unfortunately, in rare cases, package theft can occur, or the package may have been misplaced during the final delivery stage.
Here are some steps to help locate your order:
Check the tracking page: Review the latest tracking updates. Sometimes, carriers mark packages as delivered slightly ahead of time.
Look around your delivery area: Packages may be left in a secure location, such as a mailbox, porch, or side door.
Check with others: Household members, neighbors, or your local post office may have received the package on your behalf.
If you’re still unable to locate your package, please contact us and confirm your delivery address, and we’ll process a one-time courtesy replacement for you. To help ensure a successful delivery:

If no alternate address is available, we will reship to the original address once you have confirmed.
Once we confirm your reshipment details, we’ll coordinate with our warehouse team. You’ll receive a new tracking number as soon as your replacement order is shipped.
