My order is stuck in pre-transit. What should I do?Updated 5 months ago
If your order status shows as "Pre-Transit," it means the shipping label has been created, but the carrier has not yet scanned or picked up the package.
Once a shipping label is created, it may take up to 7 business days for the carrier to update the tracking information on their page. This delay happens as the package moves through their system and is completely normal.
In the meantime, here’s what you can do:
- Check Your Tracking: Sometimes, tracking updates can be delayed. Please allow 1-3 business days for movement.
- Contact the Carrier: If the tracking hasn’t updated after several days, you may reach out to the shipping carrier for more details.
However, if your tracking status has not progressed beyond the label creation for more than 7 business days, please let us know, and we will escalate the issue to our warehouse team to investigate the status of your shipment.
