It says "Order does not exist" when I log in to check my order status.Updated 3 months ago

There can be 3 reasons for getting an error saying "Order does not exist" when trying to log in to your dashboard to view the status of your order.

First is that the login details you're using may be incorrect. Please make sure that you're entering the correct order number and the email address you have associated with the order.

Second, if you have skipped uploading a photo or if the photo you have uploaded has a file format that is not recognized by our system, or if the image is corrupted, then this prevents our system from creating a dashboard for your order, causing this error when logging in. This doesn't mean that your order doesn't actually exist. 

If this is the case, your order will be processed through our secondary tool, which, unfortunately, does not allow tracking via our website. This applies to the following products:

  • Design Your Own Items – These go straight to production.
  • Custom Pet Replicas – Processed separately from our standard orders.

No worries! We will send your order details and tracking information to you via email.

Lastly, the order you placed is for one of the "Design Your Own" items that we have in our store, and these items do not require a dashboard as they do not go through our design team.
