If your discount code wasn’t applied at checkout, we can manually issue a partial refund equivalent to the discount. Please email us at [email protected] and provide us with the code you're trying to use so we can validate it. 

However, if you are trying to use multiple discount codes, please note that only one code is allowed per order, and we are unable to process a partial refund in that case.
