Can I change my pet’s photo after placing an order?Updated 3 months ago

Definitely! We do allow photo changes before your artwork is sent to our design team for the artwork creation. If you’d like to update your pet’s photo, please contact us via the contact form and attach the new photo you would like for us to use.

Please note that if your artwork has already been created, we can only allow a one-time photo change. 

Also, be advised that if you have already approved your artwork and it has been sent to printing, then we can no longer make any changes.
