If you believe there is an issue with the artwork you received, please send us a photo showing the problem along with a clear description. Our team will review the issue and determine the best resolution.
We offer a replacement if the artwork does not match the approved preview or if there was a production-related issue that affected the quality. However, if the artwork was created and printed as approved and there are no errors on our end, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a replacement.
